Official Rules – Surf Trip Moped Giveaway Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 

 

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Sweepstakes/giveaway is void where prohibited.

 

 

3. Promotion Period

Begins September 27th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. PST and ends October 10th, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Promotion Period”).

 

 

4. How to Enter

There are three methods of entry:

(a) Purchase of Raffle Ticket
 Each raffle ticket purchased during the Promotion Period at [surftripsupply.com] will equal the number of entries specified at the time of purchase.

(b) Purchase from Product Drop
 Each qualifying purchase made during the Promotion Period at [surftripsupply.com] will automatically receive the number of entries specified on the product page.

(c) Mail-In Written Entry (Free, No Purchase Necessary)
 To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, address, phone number, email, and a handwritten letter explaining why you should win the Surf Trip Moped, along with the words “Surf Trip Moped Giveaway,” on a sheet of paper and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 10th, 2025, and received by October 15th, 2025. Limit one mail-in entry request per outer envelope. All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning.

 

 

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: A [Model/Year] Vespa EV2000 Aventura-X Electric Moped (Approximate Retail Value: $4000.

  • No cash substitution.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for registration, licensing, insurance, delivery, taxes, or any other costs associated with claiming or using the prize.

 

 

6. Winner Selection

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about October 10th. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

 

 

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of drawing. Winner must respond within 7 days and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release. If no response, prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

 

 

8. General Conditions & Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Rules.

  • Release and hold harmless Surf Trip Supply, LLC, its owners (including Larry Flores), affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, death, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising from participation, prize acceptance, or prize use.

  • Acknowledge that Sponsor and Larry Flores make no representations or warranties, express or implied, concerning the prize, including but not limited to safety, quality, or performance.

  • Assume full responsibility for all risks associated with using the prize.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SPONSOR OR LARRY FLORES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES/GIVEAWAY OR THE USE OF THE PRIZE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes/giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes/giveaway.

 

 

9. Compliance

Sweepstakes/giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In certain states (e.g., New York, Florida, Rhode Island), registration and/or bonding may be required if the prize value exceeds $5,000.

 

 

10. Privacy

Information collected will be used only for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes/giveaway and in accordance with Surf Trip Supply’s Privacy Policy.
