Return & Refund Policy

Product not right for you? We will return your item after a 10% restocking/return label fee.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, undamaged, and unwashed products. Any damage, including stains or odors that prevent us from reselling the item, will forfeit the return.

This applies to clothing products only and does not apply to non-clothing items, including but not limited to cassette players and music items. Cassette players and music items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

United States Orders:

For orders shipped to United States addresses, we offer returns minus original shipping and shipping protection fees. Approved U.S. returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

International Orders:

For international orders, we can refund the cost of the item(s) only, excluding original shipping and shipping protection fees, if you mail the product back to us at your expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.

We must receive the return within 30 days of delivery, even for international orders.

Wrong Size, Incorrect Item, Defective Item:

If the product was sent in the wrong size or if we sent the wrong item or the item has a defect, we will send the correct size or item and fully cover all costs. This must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we will not be able to process an exchange for incorrect size or item.

Shipping and Address Issues:

We cannot control an order once it has shipped.

If a delivery address is entered incorrectly by the customer, we may or may not receive the package back from the carrier. If we do not receive it back, we are not responsible for replacement. If we do receive it back, we can reship it to the correct address at the customer’s expense.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Some international orders require the customer to pay customs fees, taxes, or duties. We are not responsible for these fees.

Any invoice you receive from a carrier to pay customs fees, taxes, or duties is your sole responsibility. These are fees imposed by your government for importing goods from the United States.

If you choose not to pay the required customs fees, taxes, or duties and the order is returned to us, any carrier or return fees will be deducted from your refund.
